This policy explains how OCL Marketing LLC, doing business as Upfit Sites ("we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information. It covers upfitsites.com, the previews we create, and the websites we host for customers.

1. Information we collect

Public business information. To find businesses that may benefit from a new website and to build previews, we collect publicly available business information such as business names, websites, service areas, business phone numbers, business email addresses and the content of public websites and business listings.
Information you give us. Your name, business details, email, phone number, logo and photos, domain information, and anything you send through forms or email.
Payment information. Card details are entered with and processed by our payment processor. We receive only limited details such as the card type, last four digits and expiration date.
Technical information. Our servers and providers log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. upfitsites.com does not use advertising cookies.
Email engagement. Our emails may record whether a link was clicked so we know which previews were viewed.

2. Information on customer websites

Websites we host for customers may collect information from their visitors, such as contact form submissions and chat or voice conversations with the site's AI assistant. We process that information on behalf of our customer to deliver it to them, and it belongs to them. Visitors should contact the business that owns the site with any questions about it.

3. How we use information

To create previews and build, host and maintain websites.
To email businesses about their preview, and to send customers service, billing and account messages.
To process payments, prevent fraud and keep accounting records.
To provide support and improve our Services.
To comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services, under obligations to protect it, and only as needed for their role. These include providers for customer relationship management, website hosting, email delivery, AI text and voice processing, telephony, payment processing and accounting. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

5. Text messages

We text customers only if they opt in, for example at checkout. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

6. Your email choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop required service or billing emails to active customers.

7. Retention and security

Unclaimed previews are deleted after 21 days. We keep customer account and billing records for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@upfitsites.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

9. Children

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
