Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first subscription payment, email support@upfitsites.com or use the cancellation form and ask for a refund. We will refund that first payment in full, for monthly or annual plans, and cancel your subscription.

After the first 30 days

• Monthly plans: payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you won't be charged again and your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for.
• Annual plans: payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your plan won't renew and your site stays live until the end of the paid year.
• One-time add-ons (extra pages, site export): refunded in full if we haven't delivered them yet. Once delivered, they are non-refundable.
• Recurring add-ons follow the same rules as your plan and can be canceled on their own.

How to cancel

1. Use the online cancellation form, the cancel link in any billing email, or email support@upfitsites.com.
2. We confirm your cancellation by email within one business day.
3. No further charges are made. Your site stays live through the end of your paid period, then is archived for 60 days and deleted. Your domain always stays yours.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Billing questions

If a charge looks wrong, email us first at support@upfitsites.com. Most issues are fixed the same day, which is faster than a dispute with your bank. Charges appear on statements as UPFITSITES.COM.
